These times are only an estimate of ship times feel free to email and ask. Products on this site are hand made and therefore take extra time. Please note that the load listed above may not of been the same at the time YOU placed your order.
Low= 3-5 Business days to process
Medium=6-10 Business Days to process
High=10-20 Business Days to process (If order level is Very High it may take a little longer than this)
Download items are always automatic and can be found on the download tab under your order history after payment is made. These are only good for 8 tries or 15 Days.
Your Account:
To view status of your order log in to your account on the upper right side of the website and click "My Account" then there will be a tab for order history. If we have notes for you about your order we will make note of them inside the order so click on "View " and on the order notes tab you can view order notes and make order notes. The order note system does not email customers or ready to bead that a new note has been made. Tracking information and links to track your order can now be found on the shipping information tab under your order history.
Shipping:
Important Holiday Information: During the months of October, November & December orders may be delayed due to high volumes or postal service delays due to the holidays and increased mail flow. Promotional Ship times are in place from October through December. Please read the below information for details.
Ready To Bead™ ships US orders via USPS Priority mail and International orders are shipped via USPS Global priority. Orders shipped to the US should arrive in 2-4 business days from the time they are shipped. International order should arrive in 6-10 business days (can be as much as 20 days and is dependant on the ship to address). International orders are shipped in a 12.5 x 9.5 Global Priority Flat Rate envelope or Box. We do our best to ship orders within 5-10 business days(This time is only in non holiday months and non promotional times-see below) (M-Thurs orders that come in after 4:00 pm central count for the next business day HOURS- MONDAY - THURSDAY OUR OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED ON FRIDAY'S -Friday is our Inventory and Packaging day). *increased order volumes, special sales (promotions such as Magic Bead or Magic Egg, April Showers, May Flowers, Summer Fun or other fun promotions) or holiday seasons may add up to 20 or more extra BUSINESS days to shipping time-this is listed as promotional ship times. It is our goal to ALWAYS ship as fast as we can.
International Disclaimer:
Orders that are shipped internationally will be marked as "Glass Beads" to help you declare them. Please don't ask us to falsify the customs declaration forms. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen international shipments. We do our best to package your order so that it makes it to you safely if for some reason your pattern gets damaged in shipping we will, upon request email a copy of it to you so you can reprint it. Kits that are shipped to our international customers are packaged slightly different to allow them to fit in the Global Flat Rate envelopes. All International orders must have complete information to ship. We must have a phone number and valid address to ship to. If information is missing from your order, we will make every attempt to contact you to help complete your order. If we can't resolve missing information we will issue credit for any shippable items. (Downloadable items are not refundable)
Cancellation of orders already shipped will require that we ATTEMPT to pull the order back. If we are able to pull the order back we still have to pay shipping so any credit issued would be for product only not shipping charges. If we are unable to pull the order back then standard return policy applies-see below. International orders that are returned to us due to problems with customs (where customer does not pick item up or where the address is wrong) will be contacted to decide if they want to reship, reship will result in the customer owing shipping again as the first shipping will have already been used to ship the first time. We reserve the right to impose a 15% restock fee for cancellation of orders as we have taken the time to make the items for your order as well as any time spent trying to pull orders back. 14 Day Return Policy:
Our customer's satisfaction is very important to us so we have designed this refund policy to satisfy the customers and our designers. Should you receive a kit and the colors are just not what you expected them to be or any other reason we will gladly refund you the price of the kit minus the cost of the pattern and original freight. (Duplicate items due to customer error are not covered by this policy) Patterns vary in price as they are each unique and vary in skill levels. If within the 14 day time frame you decide that the kit isn't for you, please use the contact form on the contact us page.e will provide you with the return number and address. The pattern is yours to keep but we will take the kit contents back providing it's within 14 days of purchase. Downloaded and printed items such as E-Books & Patterns are not covered by the refund policy. No refunds will be issued for download items at any time. We reserve the right to impose a 35% restock fee for any return.
** Please note, duplicate orders or duplicate items on the same order due to customer error are subject to a 50% restocking fee. What this means is that you would get 50% of the price of the contents only, the same policy as stated above for the patterns- Pattern portion of a kit is not refundable nor are Books, E-Books, Print and mail Books, Books on CD.
Patterns are to be kept by the customer as they are under copyright by the designers and once we ship them they are yours to keep. We will issue return funds upon receipt of the kit contents (minus the pattern cost and original freight) providing it's all in tact and unused. Ready To Bead is not responsible for return freight and original freight is not refunded. Free kit's (contents only-not the pattern) would need to be returned if your return is for your full order. If your order was for more than one item and you are only returning one item, then you would NOT need to return the free kit contents.
We recommend that you insure returned items as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. No credit will be issued until items have been returned.
Cancellation of Orders/Returned Undelivered Orders: (Please read as restocking fee's do apply in all cases)
Cancellation of orders already shipped will require that we ATTEMPT to pull the order back. We reserve the right to impose a 35% restock fee for cancellation of orders as we have taken the time to make the items for your order as well as any time spent trying to pull orders back.
Orders that we have tried to deliver but either the customer has moved, refused shipment or given wrong address information will need to pay shipping again if they want the order reshipped. If they should wish to cancel the order the shipping would not be refunded and there is a 50% restock fee. Any return fees that we have to pay in order to get a package back from the postal service will also be applied to this. Example: Order ships to customer, Customer changed address/moved, packaged was returned to us for non delivery. Customer paid 6.95 shipping, return shipping was also 6.95 Customer would be billed for this fee and any new shipping. Should they wish to cancel the order it would be 50% restock fee (based off product only- USE SUBTOTAL FOR THIS- Tax and shipping will NOT be refunded) plus the additional 6.95 shipping we had to pay to get the product back. (shipping is different to all areas this number is ONLY for the example) This amount can be mailed via check or directly sent to a paypal account. Customer would need to provide the paypal information in order for credit to be sent there. Please note that we will honor this for up to 14 days, after that time we reserve the right to decline the request. Store credit may be issued for returns.
Back Order Items:
Should your item become a back ordered item for any reason we will email you and post this in the Order Notes section of the order. We use both just in case emails are going to a junk filter.
Finished Items, Beads and Supplies:
Finished items, beads and supplies are not refundable. All sales are final for these items. We do our best to ensure the highest quality of our finished items.
Free Kits:
Free kits are our way of saying thank you. These are changed from time to time and are given out one per customer, per type of kit. Free kits will be given to all customers who qualify. Pattern downloads alone do not qualify for the free kit but if they are combined with shippable items that's fine. We reserve the right to substitute colors in the free kit if needed. Free Kit is manually added to your order by Ready To Bead™. FREE KITS ARE 1 PER CUSTOMER PER FREE KIT. Free kit is always the kit that was on the site at the time you placed your order. Please don't ask for substitutions on the free kit.
Sale Items:
We love to pass on special deals to our customers! We will, from time to time, put items on sale for a limited time and all sale prices are subject to change at our discretion.
General Kit Information:
In order to provide our customers with several color options we may use different beads (both color and style) than what you see on the hard copy of the pattern you receive in the mail. We will always send you what is shown here on the Ready To Bead™ site and what shows listed as the kits contents.
Kit refills DO NOT contain a printed pattern. Refills are offered to allow our customers who already have the patterns to make additional items or items of a different color option. These only contain the beading materials which are stated in the "Your Refill Contains" information in our online store under each item.
Pattern Downloads:
Once payment has been made, you can look at your order history under "My Account" and the link will be on the tab marked Downloads. All files are in PDF format and are zipped up into a zip file. Save this to a place on your computer that you will remember like "My Documents" and then click the file that you saved and your PDF will be there for you to save to your patterns folder or other safe place. Your link is good for 8 downloads or 15 Days. There are no refunds on patterns.
It’s up to you as the customer to download patterns.
